The next day it was time for Hera to age up. There was no getting around it. (Except for cheats, feeding her Life Fruit, making Ambrosia, or switching to a longer lifespan. Okay, so there were a lot of ways of getting around it! I just chose not to.)

I relented, and bought Hera a new dishwasher for her birthday. Now that she has retired, she will be earning a flat §260 per day. Her retirement frees her up to start a home-based business and earn a double income. And with Angela in the picture, that’s a third potential income. But given that Hera only has about 12 days left, I’d say it’s pretty unlikely that she will become a millionaire.
I have to confess, I’m a little sad about that! I really thought she could make it at least into the six figure range by this point. But with a measly §34,415 in the bank, it’s just not gonna happen.
