I must be hormonal. I’ve never been one to spend time in Build Mode tinkering with home design, but this weekend I have been absolutely engrossed. I made two homes based on the compact suburban houses of Southern California. The first is Citrus Vista.
The second I named Whispering Splines.
These are both small, 2BR/1BA homes. I find it a much more interesting challenge to make livable small homes than to make a big sprawling mansion.
